Whoo hoo hello blog!
A few of my favourite things? Well today, one of my favourite things has been able to follow instructions and log on to this blog! What is exciting about doing this as a group assignment is that we can use what makes us different to come together and look at where we are the same.
I also got to eat one of my most favourite things – Cardoni. These are a special Sicilian dish – they are basically fried artichoke stalks. On a cold and sometimes rainy day, they are the best comfort food – fried, slightly salty and best of all crunchy!
To give you an idea of what they look like, here is a picture below. And just to show you what a freak I am, I don’t like artichoke but there is something about when they are fried that allows me to go past the fact they are artichokes.

Nice Post. Looks a very interesting dish. Would you happen to have a high resolution picture of the dish?
