Busy day.
One of my favorite things to do is to cook for my family.
Today I spent the day in the kitchen. I know to some people that is not fun, but when I’m on a roll don’t get in my way. I cooked an unusual good Friday menu. An antipasto plate consisting of salmon with crème fraiche on crispbread, crumbed eggplant, grilled tomato with Persian feta and panko crumbs, balsamic capsicum strips, follwed by chocolate ice cream. That was dinner for my better half and mother in law.
I also cooked curried chicken for tomorrow night. All has been very well received and enjoyed. sorry, no photos, it was all too yummy.
